Eubanks is a Professional Member of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Classical America, and Member of Interiors Design Alliance Advisory Board. Eubanks has been named again and again in New York's The Quest 400 and in Florida's Palm Beach Society 500 for making considerable contributions to society.

In 2007 Eubanks established the William R. Eubanks Distinguished Lecture Series in Interior Design at the University of Memphis, as well as the James Weaver Scholarship in Interior Design. William R. Eubanks participates in charitable events in many venues, including Palm Beach Found Care, Palm Beach Best Buddies, Los Angeles Veranda Presents the Great Houses: Greystone; and the Palm Beach Red Cross Designer Show Houses for many years.

Eubanks received the inaugural “Star of Design” award from the Design Center of the Americas. He also served as the Keynote Speaker for the Opening Ceremonies of Market Week at the Design Center of the Americas for Veranda, and again for Shelter Magazine. Eubanks has been named one of the top fifty designers in the United States by Elements of Living.

One of a handful of designers worldwide to be interviewed for inclusion in an interior design textbook by Dr. Frank Koe, Fabric for the Designed Interior, Eubanks' design work is also featured as the book's cover art. William R Eubanks received the prestigious Ballinger Award which commemorates a restoration that best exemplifies the traditions of Palm Beach's original houses and the architects who designed them.
